Eric Gloris

Eric Gloris is the Managing Director leading expansion and business development at Red Maple Strategies. He has extensive experience as a product and operations leader in environments ranging from early-stage startups to large multinational organizations. Eric has lived abroad while launching international teams, managed through hyper-growth and acquisitions, and supported the IPO of DISCO as head of Data Operations. 

An Airforce Veteran with a strong belief in public service, Eric helps our clients build and scale efficiently while coaching them on ways to nurture internal talent, hire smart, build trust, and create systems and processes with future growth goals in mind.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys ultramarathons, endurance sports, motorcycling, and spending time with Heather and his 11-year-old stepdaughter, Amala.
